Terms of service

In short
Use the service for legitimate work; don't abuse it. You own your content; we own the platform. We bill what we say we'll bill; you pay what you agree to pay. We try hard on uptime but offer no warranty; total liability is capped at the fees you've paid in the last 12 months. Disputes go to Singapore courts. Cancel anytime; we delete your data on request.

Agreement

By accessing or using iSolutions Hub (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. The Service is operated by iSolutions Hub Pte Ltd ("iSolutions Hub," "we," "us"). If you're using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your account. Keep credentials secure. Notify us immediately at security@isolutionshub.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must be at least 16 years old. Accounts created by anyone younger will be terminated.

Acceptable use

Don't: use the Service to break laws, infringe copyrights, send spam, distribute malware, harass anyone, or generate content that exploits minors. Don't reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls. Don't resell access without our written agreement. Don't submit highly sensitive data (passwords, government IDs, payment-card numbers, health records, or NDA-bound content) to any AI surface — those inputs are transmitted to third-party AI providers and cannot be recalled after transmission.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules. Egregious or repeat violations result in termination without refund.

Trust & Safety scanning

You agree that we may automatically scan content you submit to AI assistants and the assistants' replies for unsafe content and prompt-injection attempts, and that we may store flagged messages and classifier output in admin-only records to support safety review. We may block requests that contain content that sexually exploits a minor (CSAM); other flagged categories are logged only. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Your content

Anything you create or upload to the Service is yours. We don't claim ownership.
You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit, and display your content for the sole purpose of operating the Service for you. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account.
You represent that you have the right to upload everything you upload — including AI training material, brand voices, and embedded knowledge-base content.

Connected accounts (social + Google)

When you connect a social media account (Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn) or a Google account, you authorise iSolutions Hub to act on your behalf for the features you enable — for example publishing posts through Social Posts or company publishing tools, or managing email and calendar in the AI Inbox. These connections are entirely optional, and the Service functions fully without them.
We act only when you, or an Agent you configure, explicitly trigger the action, and we access only the minimum data each feature requires — never your private messages, follower lists, or unrelated data.
You can revoke any connection at any time from Settings → Connectors or from the provider's own settings; access stops immediately. Your use of each connected platform also remains subject to that platform's own terms.

Our service

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service per these Terms.
We own the Service: code, design, brand, documentation. You don't get any rights to those except as needed to use the Service.
We may change features, prices, or limits with reasonable notice. Material changes get 30 days' notice in-product. We won't reduce your existing capacity without notice.

Fees and billing

Subscriptions: invoiced at the start of each monthly cycle. All invoices are issued in Singapore dollars. Today we bill via bank transfer; online card payments launch next.
Usage: each plan includes a monthly usage budget. We never charge beyond your plan price without telling you first. Top-up packs aren't enabled in the initial release.
Refunds: no refunds on consumed usage. Refunds on the current cycle's plan price are at our discretion for goodwill cases (e.g. accidental upgrade with no significant usage within 7 days).
Taxes: prices exclude applicable taxes. SG customers see GST on the invoice; non-SG customers are responsible for any local taxes.

Cancellation and termination

You can cancel any time from the billing settings. Cancellation stops auto-renewal; service continues until the end of the current paid period.
We may terminate or suspend your account for material breach (acceptable use violations, non-payment over 30 days, fraud, or security risk).
Upon termination: your data is retained for 30 days then deleted (subject to legal record-keeping requirements). Export your content beforehand if you want a copy.

Warranty and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or AI output accuracy.
AI outputs are generated by third-party AI providers. We do not warrant their accuracy, completeness, or availability, and we are not liable for how those providers handle inputs after transmission. The full sub-processor list (with vendor, purpose, and region) is on our Privacy Policy.
Total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the incident. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that can't be excluded under applicable law (gross negligence, wilful misconduct, fraud).

Indemnification

You'll defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.
We'll defend and indemnify you against third-party claims that the Service itself infringes their IP, subject to the liability cap in section 8.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes go to the courts of Singapore. If you're a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants you mandatory consumer-protection rights, those rights aren't waived.

Changes to these terms

Material changes (new fees, new restrictions, new liability terms) get 30 days' notice via email and an in-app banner. Continued use after the notice period counts as acceptance. Minor wording updates get a quiet revision with a new "last updated" date.
