Data deletion

In short
You can delete your account and everything we hold at any time — yourself from inside the app, or by emailing us. This page explains exactly what gets removed, how long it takes, and how to disconnect Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

How to delete your data

Delete your account yourself

Sign in and go to Settings → Account → Delete account, then confirm with your email address. This schedules your account for permanent deletion and immediately revokes our access to every integration you connected — Google (Gmail and Calendar), Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
You can also remove a single connection without deleting your whole account from Settings → Connectors; access and the stored tokens for that platform are removed immediately.

Request deletion by email

Prefer that we handle it? Email privacy@isolutionshub.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We verify your identity, complete the deletion within 30 days, and email you to confirm when it's done.

What gets deleted

Your profile and account data; everything you created (brand voices, articles, images, knowledge-base documents, and AI-agent training material); the encrypted access tokens for every connected Google and social account; and your usage history.
Invoices and billing records are kept only where tax and accounting law requires, then deleted. We never retain connected-account tokens after deletion.

How long it takes

Your account and content are removed from active systems immediately when you confirm. Encrypted backups age out within 30 days. Where deletion conflicts with a legal record-keeping obligation (for example invoices), we keep only the minimum the law requires, anonymise where we can, and delete the rest.

Disconnecting Google, Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn

Revoking from inside iSolutions Hub (Settings → Connectors) removes our access and deletes the stored tokens immediately. You can also revoke access directly with each provider:
Google: Google Account → Security → Your connections to third-party apps & services.
Facebook & Instagram: Settings → Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites).
LinkedIn: Settings & Privacy → Data privacy → Permitted services.
Revoking at the provider stops all future access; emailing us (above) also deletes any data we already stored.
