Data deletion

Last updated: 2026-05-20
In short
You can delete your account and all your data at any time — yourself from inside the app, or by emailing us. You can also disconnect Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn from inside iSolutions Hub, or revoke access directly from each platform's own settings. This page has clear step-by-step instructions for every option.

Step-by-step instructions

01

Delete your account (self-serve)

Sign in to iSolutions Hub and follow these steps:
1. Click your avatar or profile name in the top-right corner. 2. Open Settings → Account. 3. Scroll to Delete account and click it. 4. Type your email address to confirm.
This immediately schedules your account for permanent deletion and revokes our access to every connected account — Google (Gmail and Calendar), Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
To remove just one platform without deleting your whole account, go to Settings → Connectors instead (see section 5 below).
02

Request deletion by email

Email privacy@isolutionshub.com from the address on your account with the subject line: Delete my account.
We verify your identity, complete the deletion within 30 days, and email you to confirm when it is done. You do not need to be able to sign in — this route covers locked or inaccessible accounts too.
03

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted we permanently remove:
• Your profile, email address, and account preferences. • Everything you created — brand voices, articles, images, social post drafts, knowledge-base documents, and AI-agent configurations. • Encrypted access tokens for every connected Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn account. • Your usage history and conversation data.
Invoices and billing records are kept only where tax or accounting law requires, then deleted. We never retain access tokens after deletion.
04

How long it takes

Your account and content are removed from our active systems the moment you confirm deletion. Encrypted backups are purged within 30 days.
Where a legal record-keeping obligation applies — for example invoices required by tax law — we keep only the minimum required, anonymise where possible, and delete the rest as soon as the obligation expires.
05

Disconnect a social account inside iSolutions Hub

You can disconnect Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn without deleting your iSolutions Hub account.
1. Sign in and go to Settings → Connectors. 2. Find the platform you want to remove (Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn). 3. Click Disconnect. 4. Confirm when prompted.
This deletes the stored access token from our servers immediately and stops all future publishing and data access for that platform. Posts already published to the platform are not affected — they remain live on the platform itself.
06

Remove iSolutions Hub from Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn directly

You can revoke iSolutions Hub's access from each platform's own settings at any time, without logging in to iSolutions Hub.
Facebook and Instagram 1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & Privacy → Settings. 2. Click Security and login, then Apps and Websites (or Business Integrations if you connected a Facebook Page). 3. Find iSolutions Hub in the list and click Remove. 4. Confirm removal. Removing the app on Facebook also revokes Instagram access if Instagram was connected through the same Facebook login.
LinkedIn 1. Open LinkedIn and click your profile photo → Settings & Privacy. 2. Go to Data privacy → Permitted services. 3. Find iSolutions Hub and click Remove. 4. Confirm.
After revoking at the platform, email us at privacy@isolutionshub.com so we can delete any access tokens we still hold for your account.
